Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Handle guest requests promptly, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest information using hotel management software. Conduct night audits as needed, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure smooth overnight operations. Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest service standards at all times, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest concerns swiftly and effectively. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations. Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse guests confidently. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations expertise. Ability to handle night audit procedures and perform basic administrative tasks accurately. Familiarity with resort or hotel environments, demonstrating adaptability in fast-paced settings.
