Your energetic and friendly approach will ensure every guest experiences exceptional customer service from check-in to check-out. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality management skills, multilingual abilities, and passion for guest relations in a vibrant resort or hotel environment. You will handle a variety of front desk duties, manage guest inquiries, and contribute to creating memorable stays for our visitors. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression and ensuring smooth check-in procedures Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries and directing calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations with tact and promptness to ensure guest satisfaction Perform night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports to support hotel operations overnight Maintain accurate reservation records, update guest information, and coordinate room assignments with housekeeping staff Assist with guest check-out processes, process payments securely, and provide detailed billing information Support guest relations by providing local information, hotel amenities details, and ensuring overall guest comfort Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong focus on customer service excellence Bilingual or multilingual proficiency to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems for efficient front desk operations Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel accounting practices Exceptional communication skills with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Passion for hospitality, guest services, and creating memorable experiences for all visitors
