Front Desk Agent

We are a historic bed and breakfast, looking to complete our team with a qualified front desk team member. We're a close knit team, looking for someone wanting to join the family. You'll be trained to be a knowledgeable concierge, working directly with guests to create a memorable Savannah experience. The shifts we have available are from 3pm - 8pm, 3-5 days a week, potentially with morning shifts from 8:00 am to 4pm or 7am to 3pm.

Responsibilities include:

Checking In/Out guests Recommending locations throughout the city Serving Wine and Hors d'oeuvres for Social Hour Processing Reservations Occasional Bag Handling Preparing Paper Work for AM/PM Shifts Answering the phone, taking call in reservations.
