Job Description
Job Overview (Part - Time 15-25 Hrs) Join our hospitality team as a Guest Service Agent and help create a welcoming experience for every guest. You will handle check-ins and check-outs, assist with reservations, answer guest questions, resolve concerns, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced hotel environment. Open availability is required, including weekends, as this is a 24-hour operation. Responsibilities Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service. Process check-ins, check-outs, reservations, modifications, and cancellations. Answer multi-line phones and assist guests in person. Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services. Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments. Maintain accurate guest and incident records. Follow hotel safety and emergency procedures. Assist with Night Audit duties when needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk. Follow hotel policies and standards for guest service. Qualifications Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and phone etiquette skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Professional, friendly, and positive attitude. Strong problem-solving and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus. Hotel PMS experience is preferred. Open availability, including weekends, is required. Pay:
