Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Part-Time Front Desk and Breakfast Attendant, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this lively role, you will be the welcoming face of our property, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, assisting with reservations, and ensuring a warm, friendly atmosphere during breakfast service. Your proactive approach will help us deliver exceptional guest services while maintaining smooth daily operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills in a fast-paced environment while working flexible hours that fit your schedule. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression and assisting with check-in and check-out procedures using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems and in person, delivering excellent customer service with professionalism and courtesy Manage reservations efficiently, including modifications and cancellations, utilizing hospitality reservation systems to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction Prepare and serve breakfast items in accordance with health and safety standards, ensuring a welcoming dining experience for all guests Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and breakfast serving space, adhering to hotel standards and safety protocols Assist guests with special requests or concerns promptly, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and guest relations expertise Follow hotel emergency procedures when necessary, ensuring guest safety at all times while maintaining calm communication Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations preferred, especially within hotel or resort environments Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), particularly OPERA or comparable platforms, is highly desirable Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a significant advantage for effective client communication in diverse settings Strong customer service skills with a focus on phone etiquette, guest relations, and problem-solving are essential Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and night audit processes is beneficial but not required Experience working with multi-line phone systems and resort environments will help you excel in this role This position is paid and offers a vibrant work environment where your energy makes a difference. Pay:
$14.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 26.0 - 32.0 per week
