Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help create a professional and friendly environment for visitors, clients, and team members alike. Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression. Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, directing calls accurately and courteously. Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain organized records. Assist with clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and managing office supplies inventory. Support office management activities including maintaining cleanliness, organizing files, and overseeing general administrative duties. Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, whether in person or via phone or email. Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles, preferably as a receptionist or front desk agent. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills. Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively. Previous clerical experience including filing, proofreading, and document management is preferred. Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is a plus for handling basic financial transactions. Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles can be advantageous but is not required.
