Full Job Description Description:
Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and guest-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team for the evening shift. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service, ensuring smooth front desk operations, and creating a welcoming environment for all guests. This is a PM Shift Working 3:00pm to 11:00pm Wednesday through Sunday. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Provide outstanding guest service by addressing all inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally Register and process guest arrivals and departures efficiently and accurately Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy in all telephone communications Actively listen to guests and anticipate additional needs to enhance their stay Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance of public areas and front office spaces Utilize effective selling techniques to maximize occupancy and revenue opportunities Ensure all guest accounts are accurate, complete, and properly documented Maintain a strong working knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and the local area Comply with all hotel policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines Support and uphold safety procedures for guests and team members Complete required daily and departmental reports Collaborate with team members and other departments to support efficient operations Deliver amenities and provide assistance to guests as needed Perform additional duties as assigned by management What We Offer Competitive pay Opportunity for growth and development Supportive team environment Employee discounts and perks
Requirements:
