Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent, where your energy and enthusiasm will set the tone for an exceptional guest experience. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing warm welcomes, efficient check-ins, and personalized service that makes every visitor feel at home. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will ensure smooth operations at the front desk while fostering positive guest relations. Whether managing reservations, handling inquiries, or coordinating with other departments, your contribution will be key to creating memorable stays and maintaining our reputation for outstanding hospitality. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression. Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software. Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system skills. Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and special requests to enhance their stay experience. Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing details, and room availability. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs promptly. Conduct night audits when required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and properly documented. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enrich guest experiences. Uphold high standards of customer service and guest relations to foster loyalty and positive reviews. Ensure compliance with hospitality management protocols and safety procedures at all times. Experience Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality environment is highly preferred. Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a significant advantage for engaging diverse guests effectively. Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is essential. Knowledge of hospitality management principles, including guest relations and hotel operations. Experience handling night audit procedures and managing guest accounts is desirable. Excellent communication skills paired with professional phone etiquette to handle inquiries confidently.
