Front Desk Staff

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Desk Staff member to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will work front desk operations, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors and callers. creating a positive first impression for everyone who walks through our doors. This position is for 32 hours per week. (4) 8hr shifts per week which would include Wed & Thurs from 2pm-10pm AND Saturday & Sunday from 6am-2pm Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently. Handle front desk duties such as checking in and out visitors, maintaining security protocols and act as a team member helping each other keep our Hotel clean and inviting for our guest. This does include breakfast clean up and some laundry duties. Assist guests with any questions, concerns or problems. Prior office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills will be very helpful. Hotel experience is perferred but we will train the right canidate. Proven customer service experience with excellent communication abilities Familiarity with phone etiquette standards. Proficiency in computer literacy.
