PM Front Desk Agent - AC Hotel & Element Downtown Boise Join the team that brings Boise's newest dual-branded Marriott property to life! The AC Hotel & Element by Marriott Downtown Boise is looking for enthusiastic, guest-focused Front Desk Agents to join our growing team. As part of our opening team, you have the opportunity to help create the guest experience, build our culture, and be part of something new and exciting in the heart of downtown Boise. What You'll Do:

Welcome guests with a warm, professional, and genuine attitude Complete guest check-ins and check-outs while providing exceptional service Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests Answer questions and provide recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, and experiences Handle guest concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk area Communicate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience Create positive first and lasting impressions for every guest

What We're Looking For:

Previous hospitality, hotel, or customer service experience preferred (but not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Marriott or hotel system experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person!
