Guest Services Specialist Locker Room Men's Salon 30-36 Hours Per Week At Locker Room Men's Salon, we believe our guests deserve more than a haircut—they deserve an experience. We're looking for a Guest Services Specialist who loves people, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating an exceptional guest experience from the moment someone walks through our doors. This is not a traditional receptionist position. You are the face of the salon, the first impression, and a key part of ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and taken care of. Creating Exceptional Guest Experiences Welcome every guest with a friendly and professional attitude Check guests in and manage the flow of the salon Answer phones, assist with questions, and provide information about services Serve beverages to guests, including beer, wine, soft drinks, water, and other refreshments Ensure guests feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently Help create a fun, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere Salon Support Assist the salon team with guest needs Keep the salon clean, organized, and presentation-ready Fold towels, restock supplies, sweep hair and maintain beverage stations Support daily operations so the team can focus on providing excellent service What We're Looking For Must be 19 years of age or older Positive, outgoing personality Excellent customer service skills
