Job Description
Position Summary The Guest Experience Specialist is responsible for creating a welcoming, organized, and positive customer experience across all Morales Homemade service environments including: Food trucks Farmers markets Festivals Catering events Outdoor kitchen operations This role supports customer interaction, order flow, POS operations, food handoff, and hospitality while helping maintain the energetic and community-centered atmosphere Morales Homemade is known for. This position is designed to rotate through multiple service environments with opportunities for future leadership development.
