Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Clerk, where you'll be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. This energetic role involves delivering exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient check-in and check-out services Manage reservations using hotel management systems such as OPERA or similar property management software Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person, offering accurate information about hotel services and local attractions Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests promptly Assist with guest relations by resolving issues quickly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction levels Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports for management Follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety at all times Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting Proficiency with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or comparable platforms Excellent customer service skills with strong problem-solving abilities Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest services, and hospitality reservation systems Strong phone etiquette and communication skills for professional client interaction Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and night shifts if required Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences!
