Job Description

The Role Your mission is to provide a seamless, high-touch arrival and departure experience. You will act as a concierge, problem-solver, and brand ambassador, ensuring that every guest who walks through our doors feels expected and valued.
What You'll Do The First Impression:
Manage the check-in and check-out process with efficiency and a warm, welcoming demeanor.
The Information Hub:
Answer multi-line phone calls, manage reservations, and provide detailed information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
Guest Advocacy:
Handle guest requests or concerns with empathy and urgency, empowering yourself to "make it right" on the spot.
Financial Accuracy:
Process payments, audit guest accounts, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
Seamless Coordination:
Communicate effectively with the Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and up to the Evergreen standard.
What We're Looking For The Professional:
A polished appearance and the ability to remain calm and gracious under pressure.
The Communicator:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills—you're as comfortable speaking in person as you are writing a professional email.
The Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency with Property Management Systems is a plus, but the ability to learn new software quickly is essential.
The Local Expert:
A passion for our community and a desire to share local "hidden gems" with our travelers.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
