Full Job Description Company Overview:
Primary shift is 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. (MUST
BE AVAILABLE SAT & SUN
) We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for managing reservations, check-ins, and check-outs while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to handle guest inquiries efficiently. Duties Greet guests warmly and check them in or out efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a friendly demeanor Manage reservation bookings, cancellations, and modifications with attention to detail Handle guest relations by offering local information, amenities, and personalized assistance to enhance their stay Maintain phone etiquette standards while answering incoming calls and directing them appropriately Assist with night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial records and smooth overnight operations Support overall front desk operations including guest check-ins, check-outs, and handling special requests Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality setting Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively Knowledge of hospitality management systems and multi-line phone systems preferred Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and guest relations Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for part-time shifts Previous hotel experience is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential Join us in creating welcoming environments where every guest feels valued! Pay:
