Job Description

LOBBY ATTENDANT - HOUSEMAN
Please read carefully-This job requires attention to detail. The Candlewood Suites Hotel in Meridian is currently hiring for a Lobby Attendant - Houseman to work 5 days per week. Shift coverage starts at 8:00 AM each day and goes until the end of day, which is generally between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM. Reports directly to the Executive Housekeeper and Operations Manager.
SUMMARY:
Responsible for cleaning & maintaining the lobby and common areas such as the restrooms, hallways, stairs and elevator area, guest laundry room, fitness room, parking lot and other areas of the hotel as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Vacuum and clean meeting rooms Clean and stock supplies. Clean and maintain the common areas in the hotel Clean and maintain the bathrooms, hallways, and stairways. Carry out any reasonable request by management that I am capable of performing Must have a fun and out-going personality Must be willing to interact with hotel guests with a friendly demeanor All training will be provided. Pay is $16-17 per hour, $DOE.
