We pride ourselves on providing exceptional guest experiences and are looking for a friendly, dependable team member to join our front desk staff.

Shift hours:

3:00 - 11:00 pm Responsibilities Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service Check guests in and out of the lodge Book and manage reservations Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries Assist guests with questions, requests, and concerns throughout the shift Prepare and bake the lodge's evening cookies for guests Restock and maintain the breakfast area for the following morning Process payments and maintain accurate guest records Keep the front desk, lobby, and guest areas clean and organized Work closely with other departments to ensure a great guest experience Qualifications Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer service skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Comfortable using computers and reservation systems (training provided) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable and able to work independently Previous hotel, hospitality, customer service, or front desk experience is preferred but not required
