Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Clerk, where you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. This energetic role involves delivering exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient check-in and check-out services. Manage reservations using hotel management systems such as Resnexus ensuring accuracy and completeness. Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences. Address guest concerns promptly, utilizing customer service problem-solving skills to resolve issues effectively. Maintain accurate records of guest stays, billing, and special requests while adhering to hotel emergency procedures. Support night audit processes by reconciling accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and guest services excellence. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest safety protocols, and night audit procedures. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently. Previous hotel experience in a front desk or hotel management role is highly desirable. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment.
