We are looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable individual to welcome guests, manage reservations, handle check-ins and check-outs, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will help create a positive guest experience while maintaining an organized front desk and following hotel policies and Holiday Inn Express brand standards. Duties Welcome guests and complete check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest information accurately. Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and assist with special requests. Process guest payments, verify billing information, and maintain accurate records. Handle guest complaints professionally and notify management when necessary. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area. Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance regarding room status and guest requests. Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and Holiday Inn Express brand standards. Assist guests with information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services. Complete assigned shift reports and communicate important updates to the next shift. Experience Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred. Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel reservation systems (PMS) preferred. Excellent communication, customer service, and phone etiquette skills. Friendly, professional, and helpful attitude toward guests and team members. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks. Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
