Candidates must be available to work evenings, weekends, some mornings, and holidays as needed . The Front Desk Agent provides timely and professional check-in and check-out services in accordance with hotel standards and guest service expectations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly, guest-focused attitude. Responsibilities Provide professional and efficient guest check-in and check-out services Accurately process cash and credit card transactions Upsell rooms and promote hotel services and amenities Respond to guest questions and resolve concerns or complaints Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local directions Maintain clear communication with team members to ensure excellent guest service Operate property management and reservation systems Follow hotel safety and emergency procedures Perform other duties as assigned by the management team Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required 1 year of front office or guest service experience preferred Some college coursework is a plus Must be able to work evenings, mornings, weekends, and holidays Physical Requirements This position requires: Frequent standing at the front desk Lifting or carrying items up to 50 pounds Handling office equipment and guest service materials Frequent keyboard use and computer work Regular communication with guests and team members Ability to read and write in English Basic math and problem-solving skills Preferred Traits Friendly and professional demeanor Strong customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Pay:
$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
