This energetic role offers the opportunity to create memorable guest experiences through exceptional customer service, efficient check-in and check-out processes, and seamless communication. As a vital member of our hotel management team, you will handle guest inquiries, manage reservations, and ensure every visitor feels valued and cared for. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will set the tone for guests' entire stay, making their experience unforgettable from the moment they arrive. Duties Greet guests warmly with a friendly, energetic attitude and provide outstanding customer service throughout their stay Manage reservations efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with accuracy, including processing payments and verifying identification Respond promptly to guest requests, questions, and concerns via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and hospitality skills Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details while ensuring data privacy Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly and effectively Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring financial accuracy and security Experience Previous hotel experience or hospitality management background preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Bilingual or multilingual abilities highly valued to serve diverse guest populations effectively Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Familiarity with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and resort environments is a plus Knowledge of hotel management software and night audit procedures enhances your candidacy Excellent communication skills paired with professional phone etiquette are essential for success in this role Embark on a rewarding career where your energy fuels exceptional guest experiences!
