Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing information and assistance to enhance their experience Manage guest check-in/check-out processes using POS (Point of Sale) systems and cash handling procedures Support event management activities including setup, coordination, and breakdown at various venues Handle conflict management with professionalism, resolving guest concerns promptly and effectively Ensure safety protocols are followed diligently, including first aid response and CPR when necessary Assist with outdoor work tasks such as heavy lifting, manual handling, and maintaining safety during physical activities Facilitate guest services by processing transactions, providing directions, and answering inquiries about amenities or schedules Support children's activities or entertainment programs, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for young guests Maintain cleanliness and organization of the venue, adhering to safety standards and hospitality best practices Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods or special events Qualifications Proven experience in customer service, retail sales, or hospitality environments with a focus on guest engagement Background in event venue management or outdoor activity coordination is highly desirable Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure Certified in first aid and CPR; lifeguard or lifeguard experience is a plus Experience working with children or in entertainment settings such as theater or resort environments Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills for processing transactions accurately Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely during setup or cleanup activities Excellent communication skills for public speaking and guest interactions Knowledge of safety protocols related to outdoor work, food service, or event management is advantageous Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude eager to deliver outstanding guest experiences Must be bilingual .Speak both English and Spanish Join us in creating vibrant environments where guests feel welcomed, safe, and inspired!
