Job Summary We are looking for a reliable, independent night owl to join our team as an Overnight Hotel Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor. While daytime shifts are fast-paced and busy, the night shift requires someone who is trustworthy, detail-oriented, and comfortable working alone to ensure our guests are safe and our daily accounting is balanced. If you thrive in a quiet work environment and have great customer service skills, we want to hear from you. What You Will Do (Duties): Welcome and check in late-arriving guests and process early morning check-outs. Run the "Night Audit" (the end-of-day accounting and reporting process in our computer system—we will train you!). Answer overnight phone calls and respond to any guest requests or noise complaints. Ensure the lobby and front desk areas are clean, secure, and presentable. Set up the morning coffee station and/or assist with early breakfast preparations. Act as the primary point of contact for any overnight emergencies. What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
Reliability:
You must be able to stay awake, alert, and punctual for overnight shifts.
Customer Service:
Previous experience in retail, food service, or hospitality is preferred.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable learning new computer software (experience with hotel booking systems is a huge plus, but we will train the right person).
Independent:
Capable of problem-solving on your own without a manager on duty.
Basic Math/Accounting:
Comfortable handling credit card transactions and verifying daily shift reports.
Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
