Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Guest Service Agent, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests. Whether managing front desk operations or assisting with guest inquiries, your positive attitude will be essential in providing top-tier hospitality services across our resort or hotel environment. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system skills Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and special requests to enhance their stay experience Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are promptly met Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enrich guest experiences Resolve guest concerns or complaints with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach Conduct night audits when required, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions for quality assurance and reporting purposes Experience Strong background in customer service within a resort or hotel setting Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred Experience in guest relations, hotel experience, or hospitality roles that involve direct guest interaction is advantageous Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel operations enhances your ability to excel in this role Excellent communication skills paired with Bilingual or Bilingual proficiency to connect with a broad range of guests Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
