The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations. Operate multi-line phone systems to assist guests with inquiries and reservations. Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy. Provide information about local attractions, services, and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of guest relations. Skills Strong background in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Proficiency in front desk operations and guest services within the hospitality industry. Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages (bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable). Familiarity with night audit processes is an advantage. Strong phone etiquette and experience operating multi-line phone systems. Previous hotel or resort experience is beneficial for this role. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment. A friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests.
