We are looking for someone who is upbeat, energetic, dependable, and enjoys working with people. The ideal candidate should be flexible, able to multitask, and willing to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Shift:

Morning shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Part-time Weekend and holiday availability required

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests in a professional manner Check guests in and out Answer phones and manage reservations Handle guest questions and resolve issues as they arise Perform light cleaning duties and maintain front desk appearance Assist with laundry as needed Complete basic computer and administrative tasks Provide excellent customer service at all times

Qualifications:

Positive attitude and strong communication skills Ability to multitask Reliable and self-motivated Basic computer knowledge preferred Previous customer service or hotel experience is a plus, but not required Training will be provided for the right candidate.
