Part-Time Front Desk Agent Quality Inn O'Fallon Job Summary:

The Quality Inn O'Fallon is seeking a dependable, friendly, and guest-focused Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. This position is responsible for providing excellent guest service while assisting with reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and daily front desk operations. The ideal candidate is professional, reliable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced hotel environment while creating a welcoming experience for guests. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner Complete guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and guest inquiries Handle guest requests and resolve concerns professionally Process payments and maintain accurate records Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance regarding guest needs and room status Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas Follow hotel brand standards, policies, and procedures Assist with light administrative and operational duties as needed Qualifications Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn hotel systems Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and professional appearance Reliable attendance and punctuality required Must be able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds Ability to move throughout the hotel property as needed Benefits Flexible scheduling Employee hotel discounts Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive team environment The Quality Inn O'Fallon is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing exceptional hospitality experiences for every guest.
