MUST HAVE HOTEL EXPERIENCE

Handle all aspects of guest check-in and check-out efficiently using property management systems (PMS) such as Hotelkey or similar platforms. Manage hospitality reservation systems to confirm bookings, modify reservations, and address guest inquiries promptly. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs, solving problems quickly, and maintaining a high level of professionalism. Communicate effectively via phone and in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and client communication skills. Assist with guest services including concierge requests, local recommendations, and resolving any issues to ensure guest satisfaction. Follow hotel emergency procedures confidently to ensure safety and security for all guests and staff. Support night audit processes when scheduled, ensuring accurate financial records and reporting. Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel amenities, policies, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred; familiarity with property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA is highly desirable. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a strong plus for effective communication with diverse guests. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions. Strong phone communication skills with professional phone etiquette. Ability to handle hotel emergency procedures calmly and efficiently in high-pressure situations. Previous hotel experience or resort experience is advantageous; familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus. Knowledge of hospitality reservation systems and hotel management practices essential for success in this role. Demonstrated problem-solving skills in customer service scenarios to resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
