Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Part-Time Hotel Night Audit! As a Night Audit, you will be the vital link ensuring all financial transactions, guest records, and hotel operations are accurately completed while delivering friendly, professional service. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps our guests satisfied and our hotel running smoothly through the night. Duties Conduct nightly audits of all hotel financial transactions using property management systems Verify guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations, updating records promptly and efficiently. Respond to guest inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism, courtesy, and a positive attitude, addressing any concerns or requests. Prepare detailed reports on daily revenue, occupancy, and other key hotel metrics for management review. Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, and ensuring guest safety during overnight hours. Handle emergency procedures in accordance with hotel policies, including guest safety incidents or unexpected situations. Collaborate with front desk staff to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction throughout the night shift.
