Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. - Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Assist guests with any requests or issues they may have during their stay
- Handle reservations and cancellations with attention to detail
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Conduct night audit procedures to ensure accuracy of guest accounts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
Skills:
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of hospitality management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in handling night audit responsibilities
- Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages is a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
