Job Overview Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Associate, where you'll be the welcoming face and friendly voice that sets the tone for our guests' memorable stay. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, make reservations, and provide information with professionalism and courtesy Handle guest requests promptly, ensuring their needs are met with a positive attitude and attention to detail Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details using hotel management software Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, prepare reports, and ensure financial accuracy for the overnight shift Provide comprehensive guest services by offering local information, resolving issues, and enhancing overall guest satisfaction Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure excellent guest relations through effective communication and hospitality expertise Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or front desk roles within the hospitality industry Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities Ability to handle night audit procedures confidently and accurately Previous hotel experience in a resort or similar setting is advantageous Demonstrated ability to manage guest relations with tact, patience, and enthusiasm Embark on a rewarding career where your hospitality talents shine!
