Job Description

FRONT DESK AGENT
Best Western Edinburgh -
Edinburgh, IN HOURS:
Full or part time
  • 2nd shift mainly, some 1st and 3rd in needed covered.
  • Must be available weekends and some holidays
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Provide a friendly, welcoming experience for guests while ensuring proper check in
  • Verify and collect payments and ensure all procedures are followed
  • Promote the Best Western Rewards loyalty program
  • Answering multi-line telephones
  • Laundry and cleaning duties
  • Complete shift checklists
  • Responding to customer complaints with professionalism
  • Remain flexible with scheduling
MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
