Job Description

FRONT DESK AGENT

Best Western Edinburgh -

Edinburgh, IN HOURS:

3rd shift 11pm-7am (16-24ish hours per week but could lead to full time if interested!)
Must be available weekends and some holidays

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Provide a friendly, welcoming experience for guests while ensuring proper check in
Verify and collect payments and ensure all procedures are followed
Promote the Best Western Rewards loyalty program
Answering multi-line telephones
Laundry and cleaning duties
Complete shift checklists
Responding to customer complaints with professionalism
Remain flexible with scheduling

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous customer service experience preferred
