Job Description

  • Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Clerk to join our dynamic hospitality team.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services, handling phone calls and night audit tasks with ease. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent communication skills, both in English and other languages.   • Duties:
  • Greet guests and provide information about our hotel, amenities, and services.
  • Handle phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the front desk, including checking guests in and out, and handling room assignments.
  • Perform night audit tasks, including reconciling front desk operations and preparing daily reports.
  • Utilize phone systems to communicate with guests, colleagues, and other departments.
  • Provide exceptional guest services, including resolving issues and responding to special requests.
  • Maintain a high level of hospitality and ensure that all guests feel valued and respected.
  • Collaborate with the hospitality management team to ensure that all operational tasks are completed to the highest standards.
  • Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or hospitality role.
  • Strong communication skills, including excellent phone etiquette.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of hospitality software and systems is an asset.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
