Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in process Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and courteous assistance Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and foster guest loyalty Maintain accurate reservation records, update guest information, and coordinate room assignments efficiently Conduct night audits as required, balancing accounts and preparing reports to support hotel operations Provide comprehensive guest services including concierge assistance, local recommendations, and special requests Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all communication reflects the hotel's welcoming atmosphere Assist with guest relations by resolving issues swiftly and professionally to enhance overall guest experience Requirements Proven experience in hospitality or hotel front desk operations preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is a plus Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette are essential Ability to handle night shifts and work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment Previous hotel experience is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for hospitality is key Must have open availability to work all shifts: 7a-3p, 3p-11p and 11p-7a .
