Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Clerk and Night Auditor, where your energy and dedication will create memorable guest experiences around the clock. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their stay is smooth, enjoyable, and welcoming. Your multitasking skills and hospitality expertise will shine as you manage guest check-ins, handle reservations, and oversee night-time operations with professionalism and enthusiasm. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hotel management skills while delivering exceptional customer service in a lively resort environment. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing outstanding customer service and assistance throughout their stay Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy and attention to detail Oversee night audit processes, including balancing accounts, preparing reports, and reconciling daily transactions Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system operation Maintain a secure and organized front desk area while ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures Assist with guest relations by resolving issues promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction Support hotel management with administrative tasks related to guest services, billing, and record keeping Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred Bilingual or multilingual skills highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Strong background in customer service, guest relations, and hotel experience essential Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel management systems is a plus Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of resort operations or large-scale hospitality settings is advantageous Ability to work overnight shifts while maintaining high energy levels and positive attitude Join us in creating exceptional hospitality experiences!
