Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests. In this dynamic role, you will deliver exceptional guest services, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person with excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and special requests to ensure satisfaction Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs promptly Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and ensuring accurate financial records Maintain guest relations by resolving issues quickly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience at all times Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within the hospitality industry Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a multilingual or bilingual environment Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in phone etiquette and guest interaction Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Familiarity with hospitality management principles and guest services best practices Previous experience with night audit procedures or resort environments is a plus Join us as a Front Desk Agent to bring your passion for hospitality to life!
