Job Description
Brown County Inn is seeking a front desk agent. Some weekend availability required. We are ultimately seeking one full time or two part time employees. Shifts available are 2-3
- 7am to 3pm shifts and 3-4
- 3pm to 11pm shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests using the hotel's computer system
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Assist guests with requests and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or issues with patience and professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth guest experience
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
