In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support office management functions to ensure a smooth and professional environment. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while contributing to a dynamic team. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings with precision Perform data entry, maintain filing systems, and ensure accurate record-keeping using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software Support office management tasks such as inventory tracking, supply ordering, and basic bookkeeping with QuickBooks or similar tools Assist with clerical duties including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and organizing files Provide customer support via phone or email, addressing inquiries with professionalism and clarity Golf cart rentals and helping with check-in and check-out guests on Fri & Sat Skills Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle high-volume calls effectively Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse client needs effectively Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with healthcare environments Strong typing skills along with attention to detail for proofreading and data accuracy Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism and courtesy Must be a team player and work well with others Join us as a Front Desk Associate to be the friendly face that keeps our office running smoothly!
