In this vital role, you will be the welcoming face of our property during evening and weekend hours, ensuring seamless guest experiences through exceptional customer service. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems, offering prompt and courteous assistance Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction Assist with reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests using hospitality reservation systems Respond swiftly to guest concerns or issues, applying customer service problem-solving skills to ensure positive resolutions Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently, including safety protocols and incident reporting during night shifts Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or equivalent software Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and communication etiquette Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and night audit processes is a plus Exceptional phone communication skills, including handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism Previous hotel experience, particularly in resort settings, is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential Join us as a Front Desk Agent and become an integral part of creating welcoming environments that guests remember!
