Modern office setting Food provided The ability to check guest in and out Handle cash flow Handle online flow of calls and customers that are present at the same time Welcome guest pon there arrival and checking in Respond to guest complaints in a timelyand a professional manner Prvide information abot our rates, avialabilty, rooms and amenities Upsell rooms as needed on a everyday base Properly and professional dress attire ( Uniform) Work with a PBX system Handled food product Inspected rooms while working the front desk on days that needed Work under pressure on days that t's short staff and busy Ability to jump in to other department when asked with no problem Has multiple training in Hospitality departments
