Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Guest Service Agent to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that guests have a memorable and pleasant experience during their stay. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy in guest information. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively. Operate phone systems to answer calls, take reservations, and provide information. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Assist in managing front desk operations during peak hours to maintain efficiency. Skills Strong background in hospitality management or hotel operations is preferred. Proficient in phone systems with excellent phone etiquette. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Previous experience in customer service or guest services within the hotel industry is highly valued. Familiarity with night audit procedures is beneficial but not mandatory. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
