Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Guest Services / Front Desk Associate on the first shift, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this vital role, you will be the welcoming face of our resort or hotel, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, providing exceptional customer service, and managing guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth. Your multitasking skills and hospitality expertise will help foster a positive environment that keeps guests returning time and again. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hotel management skills while delivering top-tier guest relations. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression of the property Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems and front desk software Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism, aiming for complete satisfaction Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest information, and billing details Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs promptly Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest experience Support night audit procedures as needed to ensure financial accuracy and reporting compliance Use bilingual or multilingual skills to assist diverse guests effectively Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating with guests over the phone or in person Assist with guest relations initiatives to foster a welcoming atmosphere in the resort or hotel Experience Previous experience in hospitality management, front desk operations, or hotel services strongly preferred. Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve an international clientele Experience in guest services roles within resorts or hotels enhances your ability to excel in this position Knowledge of night audit procedures and customer service best practices will set you apart Strong communication skills combined with a passion for hospitality are essential for success in this energetic role.
Pay:
$13.00 - $15.00 per hour
