Responsibilities:

Perform nightly audits of hotel transactions and ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Check guests in and out efficiently while providing exceptional customer service. Monitor hotel security and safety protocols throughout the night. Prepare and distribute daily financial reports to management. Assist guests with inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night shift. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Utilize hotel management software to manage reservations and billing processes.

Requirements:

Previous experience in hotel front desk or night audit roles preferred. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Proficient in hotel management software and basic accounting principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus. Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding guest service.
