The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences in a hospitality environment. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable. This position requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle various guest inquiries efficiently. Availability in the evening from 3pm-11pm is needed, weekend availability is required. Responsibilities Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a warm, friendly check-in experience. Assist guests with reservations, inquiries, and requests throughout their stay. Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls and provide information to potential guests. Maintain accurate guest records and ensure all information is updated in the hotel management system. Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest services and overall experience. Promote hotel amenities and services to guests to enhance their stay. Uphold the hotel's standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is preferred. Strong knowledge of guest services principles and practices within a hotel or resort setting. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as effective communication with diverse guests is essential. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests quickly. Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to providing outstanding guest relations. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
