The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management and customer service, ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and valued. This role involves managing front desk operations, assisting with guest inquiries, and maintaining the overall efficiency of hotel services. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in reservations and billing. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance the guest experience. Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Perform night audit duties as required, balancing daily transactions and preparing reports for management. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a positive first impression. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery for guests. Utilize phone etiquette skills to handle incoming calls, providing information or directing calls as necessary. Assist in training new front desk staff members as needed. Requirements Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds. Knowledge of hotel management systems is an advantage; familiarity with night audit processes is a plus. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to an international clientele. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential for effective communication. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
