Guest Service Assistant Job Description:

GSA's are responsible for the day to day activities surrounding the hotel's front desk. Daily tasks include but are not limited to the following.

Answering/directing phone calls
Making/cancelling hotel reservations
Checking in/out guests from their reservations
Cash handling
Organizing/filing reports
Minimal cleaning/dusting We are looking for a candidate that is reliable above all else.

Someone with a track record of arriving to work on time and working the shifts they have been scheduled. GSA's have daily communication with hotel guests, and we are looking for somebody who is outgoing and does not mind frequently having to converse with guests/clients. Hotel experience is preferred.
