Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $17 - $17 / hour What you'll be doing as aGuest Service Associate:
- Greet guests as they enter the gift shop and provide friendly, helpful customer service
- Assist customers with product selection, merchandise questions, and general information about the distillery
- Operate the cash register and process sales transactions accurately, including cash, credit card, and gift card payments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing gift shop floor
- Restock shelves, displays, coolers, and merchandise areas as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate low-stock items to management
- Package purchases safely and neatly for guests
- Assist with selling distillery-branded merchandise, souvenirs, bottles, glassware, apparel, and specialty items
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including counting drawers, tidying displays, and securing merchandise
- Support special events, private tours, or high-volume visitor periods as needed
- Receive, tag, price, and organize incoming merchandise
- Provide a positive guest experience that reflects the brand and hospitality standards of the distillery
- Report customer feedback, product requests, or operational issues to management
- Work as part of a team with tour guides, tasting room staff, and other distillery employees
- Help create and maintain attractive product displays and seasonal promotions
- Answer basic questions about tours, tastings, products, events, and distillery history
- Provide a positive guest experience that reflects the brand and hospitality standards of the distillery
- Report customer feedback, product requests, or operational issues to management
- Work as part of a team with tour guides, tasting room staff, and other distillery employees Available shifts: Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day) & Weekends Job requirements:
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
- Follow all company policies regarding alcohol sales, including checking IDs and ensuring compliance with age restrictions

- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
