We're looking for friendly, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join our Front Desk team Cave City, KY for a full-time, 32 hour per week position. Two 7am until 3pm shifts and two 3pm until 11 pm shifts. Greeting and checking in guests as they enter our hotel Answering phones and taking messages Assisting guests with their check in/check out process Escalate issues to management when necessary Fulfill all daily tasks with enthusiasm, attention to detail, and accuracy. Maintain a clean work area and appearance of front desk. Perform other duties as assigned. Basic computer knowledge Assist in maintaining our complimentary breakfast Hotel laundry processing

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old. Must have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and be able to stand for periods of time. Must have a friendly, outgoing personality, be able to pass a background check. Hotel front desk experience required and must be documented on your resume. Hotel laundry experience preferred Reliable transportation
