Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Clerk, where you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring every guest experiences exceptional service from check-in to check-out. This energetic role requires a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality. You will handle guest inquiries, manage reservations, and coordinate with various hotel departments to deliver seamless guest experiences. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and resolving guest inquiries promptly. Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations with a positive attitude and swift resolution. Maintain accurate reservation records, update guest profiles, and assist with room assignments using hotel management software. Conduct night audits to ensure all transactions are properly recorded and financial reports are accurate. Provide exceptional guest services by offering local information, amenities details, and personalized recommendations. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality setting. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively. Knowledge of hospitality management systems and hotel management software is preferred. Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed for night audit shifts. Previous hotel experience emphasizing guest relations and front desk responsibilities is highly valued.
